来Supanniga感受泰国家的味道!

从Supanniga开业大半年以来很多客人到店里都很兴奋的表示在疫情前每到曼谷都会去Supanniga吃一顿;而现在出不了国还可以在北京吃到的Supanniga的菜。。。很幸福!


Over the past six months since our opening, many guests have expressed their excitement about being able to have a taste of Supanniga especially with travelling being quite challenging nowadays. What a blessing!



Supanniga是什么意思呢?正如我们的logo,Supanniga就是黄丝棉树上长的漂亮花儿。黄丝棉树源自于拉丁美洲热带稀树草原区,现今在东南亚地区尤其泰国、缅甸、马来西亚都比较常见。而在泰奶奶桑禧的院子里以及进入她孔敬府的家里沿路两侧都种了她和女儿最爱的、长得茂盛黄丝棉花的树。所以为了纪念奶奶一生对家庭和美食烹饪的热爱,创始团队决定以Supanniga Eating Room by Khun Yai命名为餐厅名字 ("Khun Yai "在泰语中是祖母的意思)。而鲜艳黄色也成为了我们的主题本色。


Our name, Supanniga, has intrigued many from near and far. As the logo suggests, Supanniga is a yellow cotton tree, a flowering plant which originated from the tropical savanna of South America. It is now common in Southeast Asia, especially Thailand, Myanmar and Malaysia. So why Supanniga? It was the favorite flower of our Thai grandmother, Khun Yai Somsri. This was evident as they blossomed in her backyard and along the road leading to her home in Khon Kaen. To commemorate her life that was dedicated to her family and her love of cooking, the founding team decided to name the restaurant after her favorite flower. Thus, Supanniga Eating Room by Khun Yai was born in 2012 with a bold yellow as its theme color. (Khun Yai means grandmother in Thai)

  Khun Yai's Story 



泰奶奶桑禧(1930-2011)是Supanniga百年菜谱的创始人。奶奶出生于泰国海边东部,柬埔寨边界的达叻府,中年时移居到伊森省闻名于手工丝绸产地的孔敬府,照顾女儿的孩子。烹饪手艺了得的奶奶不止给家人做丰富的菜肴,也给孙子的朋友们做好吃的。在大家眼里,她不仅是家里人的奶奶,也是所有人敬爱的奶奶。为了回忆奶奶有温度又美味的佳肴,也造就了Supanniga Eating Room,不仅还原了家传的秘方,也传承了泰国东部和东北部的区域美食。

Supanniga's delicious dishes originated from this loving Thai grandmother, Khun Yai Somsri Chantra (1930-2011). Born in Trad, a seaside province at eastern Thailand, she moved to Khon Kaen province in Isan, which was renowned for superb handmade silk. The reason for the move? Out of her love for her grandchildren. Khun Yai always cooked sumptuous meal not only for her entire family, but also the friends of her grandchildren. She was not just her family's grandmother - she soon became everybody's beloved grandmother. Supanniga Eating Room was thus founded in remembrance of Khun Yai's mouth-watering comfort food and in their bid to establish a family heritage to remember her traditional recipes.

我们希望大家抱着开放的思维来Supanniga用餐。其实泰国菜也分为很多派系呢!泰国的国土分布形状,导致了不同区域有着不一样的气候、土壤等,因此菜系口味上会有一些差异。而在Supanniga我们主打最原汁原味的泰国东部以及东北部家常菜。

Did you know that there are many different types of Thai food? Thailand is made up of many regions and climates so there are some differences between the cuisines. Hence, please allow us to present Supanniga Eating Room by Khun Yai who will be bringing to you authentic home recipes from the Eastern and Northeastern regions of Thailand.


Supanniga不做泰国宫廷菜;我们没有网红的摆盘、更没有金碧辉煌的装修。我们希望带大家回到奶奶的家,用达叻府生产的最优质的食材包括顶级鱼露、虾膏酱和咸鱼、用奶奶喜欢的复古瓷器装盘,把奶奶留下来的百年配方,做最好吃的泰国东部和东北部区域家常菜。


Supanniga does not boast of royal cuisine, social media-friendly plating, nor elaborate decor. Instead, we want to invite you to our grandmother's home for authentic regional Thai cuisine using premium ingredients from Trad, including fish sauce, kapi (dried shrimp paste) and salted fish.

Supanniga is a regular occurence in popular food guides, as you'd have seen bloggers recommending this restaurant on various platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Mafengwo, VW Review and Dianping. Some bloggers even said they couldn't stop drooling when they were sorting through the photos!

好评如潮背后的真相是什么呢?当然是因为餐厅用心把菜做好啦。悄悄告诉大家,Supanniga的食谱,都是创始人从祖母那里传承下来的!至今已经近百年了。祖传的美食秘方经历了多年的考验,仍受到大家的喜爱,可见祖母的好味道势不可挡。餐厅里的料理主打泰国东部以及东北部的家常味,朴实中带着无限的惊喜,亲切中又带着异国的风味。


The founder's passion and sincerity is the reason behind Supanniga's popularity. The 90-year old recipes were handed down to the founder from his grandmother Khun Yai Somsri who was born in Trad province. The restaurant focuses on the home-style flavors of Eastern and Northeast Thailand, which are unpretentious with a mixture of familiar flavors and endless surprises.

米其林指南推荐


Supanniga Eating Room在泰国一共有三家分店:通罗高级住宅区(Thonglor)、沙吞中央商务区(Sathorn)和Tha Tien旧城区(在朝普拉亚河边俯瞰泰国标志性的黎明寺Wat Arun)。北京是Supanniga Eating Room的第四家分店,也是泰国以外,海外首家分店。 


Supanniga Eating Room has three locations: Thonglor (upscale residential), Sathorn (Central Business District) and ThaTien (by the Chaopraya river overlooking the iconic Wat Arun). Beijing will be the fourth branch of Supanniga and the first outside Thailand.

Supanniga Eating Room has been recommended by Michelin Guide Thailand since 2018. Opening our first overseas outlet at CP Center Beijing came with the goal to welcome Beijing foodies to Khun Yai Somsri's home to have an authentic Eastern and Northeasten Thai dishes meal, without leaving the country. We are also honored to collaborate with Royal Thai Embassy.

太正宗了,祖母的秘方不适合中国胃?那只能说是口味问题啦~ 因为在泰国曼谷总部四家店的Supanniga Eating Room早已深受中国游客的喜爱。餐厅曾获得多项由中国媒体颁发的奖项,包括2017-2020年的携程网奖、2019年的美团大众点评人气餐厅等。同时,她也被泰国《Tatler尚流》杂志评为“泰国最佳餐厅”,更被《BK》杂志评为“顶级餐桌”(Top Tables)。蘇潘泰Supanniga Eating Room甚至被CNN Travel列入行家指南里的“曼谷之最”,并获得泰国国际推广贸易部颁发的“泰国特选奖”(Thai SELECT Award),成了官方认可,真正能代表泰国的优质正宗泰国餐厅。 


Supanniga Eating Room has been praised and loved by Chinese tourists. It received recognition from well-known Chinese media, including Ctrip awards from 2017 to 2020 and a Meituan-Dazhong Dianping popular restaurant listing in 2019. It was included in Thailand Tatler’s “Best Restaurants” and BK magazine’s “Top Tables” as well as in CNN Travel’s “Insider Guide: Best of Bangkok”. Supanniga Eating Room received a Thai SELECT Award from Thailand's Department of International Trade Promotion under the Ministry of Commerce, a prestigious and official certification ofthe restaurant’s authenticity and food quality. 



受到疫情影响,出国旅游已经成了不是这么容易的事。所幸,我们还能通过味蕾,品尝到最正宗的泰国味,一解思念。我们在Supanniga期待各位老饕们来品尝地道的泰国东部和东北部的奶奶私房菜。萨瓦迪卡~
